Refund Policy

At DriveSafe Automatic Telford, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful of both your time and ours.

 

Cancellations Over 7 Days Before the Lesson

•  A full refund is available for any lesson cancelled more than 7 days before the scheduled start time.

 

Cancellations Between 48 Hours and 7 Days

•  No refund is provided, but you may reschedule the lesson once within the next 28 days, subject to availability.

•  Rescheduled lessons must be booked within this 28‑day window.

 

Cancellations Less Than 48 Hours Before the Lesson

•  No refund or reschedule is available for cancellations made within 48 hours of the lesson start time.

•  This includes missed lessons or late arrivals where the lesson cannot proceed.

 

Why This Policy Exists

Your lesson slot is reserved exclusively for you. Short‑notice cancellations make it difficult to offer the space to another learner, so these terms help us manage our diary fairly and sustainably.
